Indian Head Massage
Also known as Champissage, this ancient massage works on the scalp, neck, face and shoulders, as well as re-balancing the chakras. A number of techniques are used to alleviate tension, such as friction and gentle pulls. Coconut oil may be used, which benefits the condition of the hair and scalp, and the massage can be done fully clothed with the client comfortably sitting on a chair.
Reflexology
Reflexology is a gentle, non-intrusive massage working on the principle that there are reflex points in the feet which relate to all the organs, parts and functions of the body. Using a gentle pressure on these reflexes, blocked energy can be released along the Chinese Meridian Lines, which run throughout the body, so it is used both as a preventative measure as well as promoting self healing.
As only the feet and lower legs are touched, there is no need for the removal of clothing. The treatment is usually carried out with the client resting in a Lafuma chair.
Aromatherapy Massage
Using pure and organic essential oils, this massage is fantastic for a great number of common ailments, especially ones which are stress related, as well as having the benefits which Swedish Massage has to offer.
After the consultation and prior to the massage, a unique blend of oils is chosen based upon the client's needs.
The massage concentrates on the whole of the body, including the back, legs, abdomen and face.
Hawaiian Kahuna Massage
Sometimes known as Lomi-Lomi, this massage is based on the ancient Polynesian methods of restoring balance to the mind and soul (Huna). Using long, sweeping strokes which mimic the rhythmical movements of the ocean, Kahuna Massage promotes the unblocking of stagnant energy within the body, which is deeply meditative and relaxing.
The massage covers the whole of the body, and areas worked on include the back, legs, arms, chest and abdomen.

Hopi Ear Candling
An ancient Native American ritual, Hopi Ear Candling is deeply relaxing and fantastic for a great number of ear, nose and throat problems, stress and tension, as well as a number of other ailments such as snoring, ADHD, and Bell's Palsy.
Candles consisting of organic beeswax, honey extracts, sage, St. John's Wort, chamomile, Vitamin A and pesticide free woven cotton, are lit and placed in the ear. The therapist holds the candle securely in place, allowing it to burn to a safe level. After both candles have been burnt, a massage of the face, neck and shoulders is carried out to promote lymph drainage and aid relaxation.
